The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect among variables of organizational behavior, commitment, and employee satisfaction at PT. Bank SulSel Makassar. The population included all employee were 244 persons. There were 122 respondents participation in the survey. The respondents were chosen by simple random sampling technique from population. The data used consisted of primary data and secondary data collected by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation technique. Data was analyzed using both descriptive analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) performed by SPSS for windows and AMOS 4.01. The results indicated following: (1) organizational behavior had positive effect and significant to employee commitment; (2) organizational behavior had positive effect and significant to employee satisfaction; and (3) employee commitment had positive effect and significant to employee satisfaction.
