Abstract
Expected return of an investment was the probability rate distribution on investment returns. Although investors (stockholders) did not know exactly what rate of return they would get, they had base on their decisions to invest. Work performance measurement used by stockholders in investment decisions were profit and cash flow. Besides, investors also considered company financial characteristic like company size. The main purpose of this research was to analyze the implication of information cash flow statement, gross profit, firm size toward expected stock return. Population of this research was manufacture companies listed at Jakarta Stock Exchange. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The analysis data used was a multi linear regression. The result showed that simultaneously, cash flow component, gross profit and firm size had significant effect to stock expected returns. But partially, the cash flow from operation and financing didn’t have significant effect to stock expected returns.
